Royal Hungarian Army Peace Time Administrative Organization Huba III Plan Mobile Corps 17 February 1942 Units not mobilized were at peace-time strength, i.e., mostly training cadres with periodical influxes of recruits. The majority of equipment, such as there was, was stored in depots. Logistics units were not manned at all, and were only filled up upon mobilization.
